Common use of Returns and Reports Clause in Contracts

Returns and Reports. (i) All Tax Returns required to be filed with any Taxing Authority in any jurisdiction by or for Genisys on or before the Closing Date have been duly and timely filed, or extensions of time within which to file such Tax Returns have been obtained; and (ii) all such Tax Returns are true, correct and complete in all material respects.
