Returned Payment Fee. Subject to applicable law, a returned payment fee may be assessed as indicated on the Disclosure for any payment (including any ACH or electronic payments) on Your Account which is dishonored or returned unpaid for any reason (including any payment returned because it is not signed, authorized or cannot be processed for any reason). Stop Payment Fee. A stop payment fee may be assessed as indicated on the Disclosure for any stop payment You request Us to make with respect to checks that access Your Account, including Cash Advance checks or Balance Transfer checks.
