RETURNED GOODS POLICY. The second paragraph and items 1-6 of Section 13 related to the annual inventory clean-ups shall be deleted in their entirety. The following paragraph shall be added to Section 13 of the Agreement, as if fully rewritten therein: "Subject to the requirements of the Cardinal Returns Policy, Buyer may return Merchandise for up to [***] from the date of purchase for [***]% of original invoice amount paid by Buyer (i.e., Buyer's contract or other "cost" plus the applicable xxxx-up or less the applicable xxxx down), provided: (i) [***]; (ii) [***]; (iii) [***]; (iv) [***]; (v) and [***]. RETURNED GOODS POLICY. 13.1 All returns must be authorized in writing, e-mail or fax by Manufacturer's authorized representative prior to the return of the Products, freight prepaid.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY. All products provided by J&R Medical are warranted against defects. I understand that defective and incorrect supplies dispensed to me may be returned to J&R Medical for credit or replacement at no charge to me.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY. Customer will only return goods to Distributor in accordance with Distributor’s standard policy for returned goods (“Returned Goods Policy”), as amended from time to time by Distributor.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY. In the case of damage or loss in transit, Buyer must inspect the shipment and contact Seller and the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. All containers and packing materials must be retained for inspection. Hazardous materials authorized for return must be packed, labelled and shipped in accordance with TDG regulations governing transportation of hazardous materials and any other applicable requirements. Seller will not accept returns of products that have been discontinued, products that are personalized or customized, products that are outdated, shelf-worn, used or defaced and, therefore unsuitable for return to stock and resale as new, reagents, diagnostics, or chemicals which have been opened, products that have been shipped outside Canada, certain medical device products, controlled goods, products containing mercury and temperature sensitive products that require storage in a refrigerator or freezer. This includes but is not limited to biotech items and some clinical products. Seller shall not be obligated to accept any other returns, except upon its consent and payment of a restocking charge by Xxxxx. Returns of specially ordered items are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer. Returned goods are subject to a 20 percent restocking charge and are to be returned freight paid unless specified differently by Seller.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY. No Goods may be returned unless and until OHD has authorized such return and given shipping instructions. The failure to obtain such authorization prior to returning the Goods shall render the Purchaser liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental and all other costs incurred by OHD in the handling of the returned Goods. Current stock products in unbroken, unmarked packages, in saleable condition, may be eligible for return, subject to approval of Sales Management and a restocking charge of typically no less than 20%.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY. Requests for the return of products purchased from XXXXXXX EQUIPMENT COMPANY will be considered only if the product is in new, resalable condition and in its original packaging. Fabricated Eligible return items will be subject to restocking charges and should only be returned to XXXXXXX EQUIPMENT COMPANY after a Return Goods Authorization Number has been obtained from XXXXXXX EQUIPMENT COMPANY’s customer service department.
