Return to Work Plan. When it has been medically determined that a nurse is ready to return to work the Hospital and the Union will meet with the affected nurse and the manager to create and recommend a return to work plan. The Plan will include developing and recommending strategies for;

When it has been medically determined that a nurse is ready to return to work work, the Hospital nurse, the Supervisor, a Union Representative and the Union a Human Resources Representative will meet with to discuss the affected nurse Return to Work Plan and create a Return to Work Plan which will consider the manager Employee’s abilities and accommodation needs. The parties will monitor the progress of accommodated nurses’ and will meet regularly to create evaluate the Return to Work Plan and recommend a make any adjustment to the return to work plan.
