Common use of Return to Employment Clause in Contracts

Return to Employment. ‌ An employee resuming employment after a leave of absence pursuant to Article 18.01, 18.02 and 18.03 shall be reinstated in all respects to their previous position or to a comparable position, with all increments to wages and benefits to which they would have been entitled during the period of the absence.
