Return of Software. Partner shall cease use of and return all copies of the Software and Documentation to Exasol upon the earlier to occur of expiration or termination of the Agreement or justified written request by Exasol.
Return of Software. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Licensee shall forthwith return to Licensor all Software in its possession or control, or destroy all such Software from any electronic media, and certify in writing to Licensor that it has been destroyed.
Return of Software. Upon termination of this License Agreement, under any or all of the reasons mentioned in this License Agreement or on expiry of the License Agreement, the license granted to Licensee by Licensor herein shall terminate and Licensee shall cease to use the Software immediately and return or destroy, at Licensor’s option, the original and all copies of the Software and Documentation including partial copies no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of such termination. Licensee shall not from the date of termination or expiry of the License Agreement, be entitled to use or access the Software or Documentation in any manner whatsoever, and Licensor shall have a reasonable opportunity to conduct an inspection of Licensee's place of business to assure compliance with this provision.
Return of Software a. At the expiration of the Term or upon termination of this Agreement, Keyholder, at Keyholder’s expense and risk, shall immediately return or delete such Software from all Devices or computers.
Return of Software. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Publisher shall deliver to Software Owner all Software, including code and documentation, covered by this Agreement or destroy or erase any versions of such material which cannot be returned to Software Owner.
Return of Software. Should this Agreement be terminated by the Licensor for any reason pursuant to this Agreement, the Licensor shall be entitled to repossess any and all the Services by directing the Licensee in writing to deliver all records, notes, date, memoranda of any nature that are in their possession or under their control within fifteen (15) days to the Licensor and at the Licensee's expense to the nearest convenient location of the Licensor.
Return of Software. Customer shall return all Software and thereto related Documentation as well as any Back-up Copies to Luware at the end of the Term. Alternatively, Customer may confirm their destruction in writing and Luware shall be granted the right to verify their destruction.
Return of Software. In the event of termination by either party, the Licensee shall return the Software to the Licensor and any and all related documentation without retaining any copies thereof.
Return of Software. Upon termination of this Agreement, Vertical Solution Provider shall promptly discontinue all use of the Software and destroy or return to Autodesk the original and any and all copies of the Software and any proprietary materials of Autodesk that may be in its possession and immediately cease distributing, serving or allowing access to the Software or the Application or Content offered in conjunction with the Software.
Return of Software. Except as otherwise provided herein, within thirty (30) days after expiration or termination of this Agreement or applicable Service Bureau Agreement or Sublicense Agreement, Licensee shall return to Licensor (or, at Licensor’s option, destroy and certify in writing to Licensor that it has destroyed) the original and all copies of the Licensed Software that are in the possession of or contained in computer memory or data storage apparatus of the Licensee or under the control of Licensee and retrieve all copies in the possession of all Authorized Users, including compilations, translations, partial copies, archival copies, upgrades, updates, revisions and Documentation in Licensee’s control or possession, or destroy all such materials.
