Common use of Return of Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Property. Upon the termination of the Employee’s employment or at any other time upon written request by the Company, Employee shall promptly deliver to the Company all records, files, memoranda, designs, data, reports, drawings, plans, computer programs, software and other documents (and all copies or reproductions for such materials in Employee’s possession or control) belonging to the Company, including, without limitation, all Developments and/or Confidential Information and anything relating thereto.

Return of Property. Upon the termination of employment, and at the Employee’s employment or at any other time upon written request by of the CompanyCompany otherwise, the Employee shall agrees to promptly deliver to the Company all Company or affiliate memoranda, notes, records, filesreports, memorandamanuals, drawings, designs, datacomputer files in any media, reports, drawings, plans, computer programs, software and other documents (including extracts and copies thereof) relating to the Company or its affiliate, and all copies or reproductions for such materials in Employee’s possession or control) belonging to other property of the Company, including, without limitation, all Developments and/or Confidential Information and anything relating thereto.

Upon Employee agrees that upon the termination of his employment with Company that he will immediately return to Company the Employee’s employment or at any other time upon written request by the Company, Employee shall promptly deliver to the Company all records, files, memoranda, designs, data, reports, drawings, plans, computer programs, software and other documents (originals and all copies of any and all documents (including computer data, disks, programs, or reproductions for such materials printouts) that contain any customer information, financial information, product information, or other information that in Employee’s possession or control) belonging any way relates to the Company, includingits products or services, without limitationits clients, all Developments and/or Confidential Information and anything relating theretoits suppliers, or other aspects of its business. Employee further agrees to not retain any summary of such information.

Return of Property. Upon the termination of employment, Employee agrees to promptly return all documents of the Companies and the Companies' clients and any other property of the Companies or the Companies' clients in Employee’s 's possession or control and destroy all electronic versions of any such property, including all copies of same. In the event that a demand for return of Corporate Information is made by the Company during employment or at any other time upon written request by after termination, the Company, Employee shall promptly deliver to the Company return all records, files, memoranda, designs, data, reports, drawings, plans, computer programs, software and other documents (and all copies or reproductions for such materials in Employee’s possession or control) belonging to the Company, including, without limitation, all Developments and/or Confidential Information and anything relating theretoproperty within five days of request.
