Common use of Return of Documents Clause in Contracts

Return of Documents. Upon termination of Executive's services with Employer, Executive shall return all originals and copies of books, records, documents, customer lists, sales materials, tapes, keys, credit cards and other tangible property of Employer within Executive's possession or under Executive's control.
