Common use of Return of Documents Clause in Contracts

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Employee’s employment for any reason, Employee shall deliver to the Company all of (i) the property of the Company, and (ii) the documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of the Company, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

Return of Documents. In the event of the termination of Employee’s 's employment for any reason, Employee shall will promptly deliver to the Company all of (i) the property of the Company, and (ii) the documents and data of any nature nature, regardless of format, pertaining to the Employee's work with the Company involving Proprietary Information, and in whatever medium Employee will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, and he shall not take with him retain in Employee's possession or control or provide to others any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, description or any documents reproduction of any description containing or pertaining to any Confidential Proprietary Information.

In the event of the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reasonemployment, the Employee shall promptly deliver to the Company all of (i) the all property of the Company, Company Group then in the Employee’s possession; and (ii) the all documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of the CompanyCompany Group, and he the Employee shall not take with him the Employee any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information..
