Return of Deposits. If the Escrow is terminated under either Section 13.1 or Section 13.2 or as a result of Seller's default under or breach of this Agreement, Seller shall return to Buyer any funds disbursed from the Escrow to Buyer prior to the termination of the Escrow.
Return of Deposits. Amounts deposited with Servicer but not disbursed by reason of an Education Loan being canceled, shall be returned to Lender promptly, and in no event later than one (1) week after Servicer's receipt of the written notice of cancellation or return of the check with respect to such cancelled Education Loan.

If this Agreement is terminated, cash deposits will be returned with accrued interest upon payment or deduction of all Charges and other debts that the Supplier may owe the Company, including applicable late fees. A Schedule of Fees and Charges is attached hereto as Appendix D.

The Securities Intermediary may return or refuse to accept all or any part of a financial asset to be credited to Customer’s account at any time and will not be liable to Customer for doing so even if such action causes outstanding checks to be dishonored and returned or funds transfers to be rejected. Refused financial assets will be returned to Customer.
Return of Deposits. The Deposits (plus accrued interest) of Qualified Bidders not selected as the Successful Bidder will be returned to such bidders within ten (10) Business Days of the date on which the Successful Bid is approved by the Court. If there is no Successful Bid, all Deposits (plus applicable interest) will be returned to the Qualified Bidders within ten (10) Business Days of the date on which the SISP is terminated in accordance with the SISP.
Return of Deposits. The Owner may, at Owner’s option, use all or part of the security and pet deposits for any and all damages to which the Owner may be entitled due to the breach of any of the covenants and agreements contained herein by the Tenant or for all keys, door openers and similar devices returned to Owner. If these conditions are not complied with, the cost of labor and materials for cleaning, repairs and replacement will be deducted from the deposits.

Return of Deposits. 9.1 Please note that tenancy deposits are held against the cost of any cleaning, repairs or replacements that are necessary at the end of the tenancy to restore the property to the condition it was in at the beginning of the tenancy. The tenancy deposit is never to be used as the last month's rent and any attempt to do so will incur the late rent penalty. Once calculated the balance of the deposit will be forwarded to the address provided by the vacating tenant.
