Common use of Return of Company Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Information, files, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes or other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-readable form) or property relating or belonging to the Company or an Affiliate, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his possession in the course of the performance of his services under this Agreement, shall be the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of the Employment Term.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Information, files, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes or other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-readable form) or property relating or belonging to the Company or an Affiliate, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his possession in the course of the performance of his services under this Agreement, shall be the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of the Employment Term.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Informationdocuments, filesdata, recordsrecordings, correspondence, memoranda, notes or other documents (property, including, without limitation, those in computer-readable form) or property relating or belonging to the Company or an Affiliatesmartphones, computers and other business equipment, whether tangible or intangible, including all information stored in electronic form, obtained or prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his possession for Employee and utilized by Employee in the course of his employment with the performance of his services under this Agreement, Company shall be remain the exclusive property of the Company and Employee shall be delivered to the Company, return all copies of such property upon any termination of his employment and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly upon request as otherwise requested by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of during the Employment Term.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Informationproperty belonging to Company in Consultant's possession or control, files, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes or other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-readable formall Confidential Information (as well as all copies, summaries, or other representations thereof) or property relating or belonging to the Company or an Affiliateand all originals and copies of any documents, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his possession in the course of the performance of his services under this Agreementdevices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, and equipment shall be and remain the exclusive sole property of the Company and shall be delivered returned promptly to Company upon the Companyexpiration non renewal or termination of this Agreement, and not retained earlier if requested by the Executive (including, without limitations, Company at any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of the Employment Termtime.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Informationof the Company’s, and its related companies, products, customer correspondence, internal memoranda, designs, sales information, training materials, contracts, project files, recordscustomer lists, correspondence, memoranda, notes and other like information or other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-readable form) or property relating or belonging to products acquired by the Executive while employed by the Company or an Affiliate, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his the possession in the course of the performance of his services under this Agreement, shall be Executive while employed is the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered immediately returned to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly Company upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon expiration or termination of the Employment Termthis Agreement. Any such documentation, information or property that is in the possession of Employee shall, at the request of Company, be delivered promptly to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of the Employment TermEmployee’s employment.

Return of Company Property. All materials, correspondence, reports, records, charts, data, software, hardware, designs, business plans, acquisition plans, financial statements, manuals, memoranda, lists, and documents, including without limitation those containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information, files, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes delivered to or other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-readable form) compiled by Consultant by or property relating or belonging on behalf of the Company Entities that pertain to the Company business, activities or an Affiliate, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his possession in the course future plans of the performance of his services under this Agreement, Company Entities shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of the Employment Term.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Information, files, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes or and other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-readable form) or and property relating or belonging to WESCO, the Company or an Affiliateits subsidiaries or affiliates, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his possession in the course of the performance of his services under this Agreement, shall be the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitationslimitation, any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of the Employment employment Term.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Information, intellectual property, data systems, files, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes or other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-readable form) or property relating or belonging to the Company or an Affiliate, its subsidiaries whether prepared by the Executive Consultant or otherwise coming into his Consultant's possession in the course of the performance of his services under this Agreement, the Consulting Services shall be the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered to the Company, and not retained by the Executive Company (including, without limitationslimitation, any copies thereof), ) promptly upon request by the Company andor, in any event, promptly upon the termination or expiration of the Employment Termthis Agreement.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Informationcorrespondence, filesreports, records, correspondencecharts, advertising materials, designs, patents, business plans, financial statements, manuals, memoranda, notes or lists, and other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-readable form) or personal property relating or belonging to of the Company or an Affiliate, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his possession its affiliates and in the course possession of the performance of his services under this Agreement, Employee shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Company and its affiliates, as applicable. Any such documentation, information or property that is in the possession of Employee shall be delivered promptly to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of the Employment TermEmployee’s employment.

Return of Company Property. All Other than as permitted by the Chairman of the Board (or his or her delegate) in writing, all documents (including Confidential Information), filesdata, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes recordings or other documents (includingproperty, without limitationincluding smartphones, those in computer-readable form) or property relating or belonging to the Company or an Affiliatetablets, computers and other business equipment, whether tangible or intangible, including all information stored in electronic form, obtained or prepared by the or for Executive or otherwise coming into his possession and utilized by Executive in the course of his employment with the performance of his services under this Agreement, Company shall be remain the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered to the CompanyCompany Group, and not retained by the Executive (includingshall return all such property, without limitations, documents and information upon any copies thereof), promptly upon request termination of his employment and as otherwise requested by the Company and, in or any event, promptly upon termination member of the Employment Company Group during the Term.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential InformationAny and all property, files, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes or other documents (including, without limitationbut not limited to, those in computer-readable form) any identification cards, access codes, keys, manuals, equipment, documents, records and files (including electronic records and data), tangible forms of confidential information, and things used or property relating or belonging received by the Executive during the term of his employment, shall be returned to the Company on or an Affiliate, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his possession in the course of the performance of his services under this Agreement, shall be the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered prior to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of the Employment TermTermination Date.

Return of Company Property. All Confidential Information, files, records, correspondence, memoranda, notes or other documents (including, without limitation, those in computer-computer readable form) or property relating or belonging to the Company or an Affiliateits Subsidiaries or affiliates, whether prepared by the Executive or otherwise coming into his Executive’s possession in the course of the performance of his her services under this Agreement, shall be the exclusive property of the Company and shall be delivered to the Company, and not retained by the Executive (including, including without limitations, any copies thereof), promptly upon request by the Company and, in any event, promptly upon termination of within 60 days following the Employment TermTermination Date.
