Return After Leave of Absence. 1. Teachers who have been granted leaves of absence shall notify the Superintendent or his/her designee in writing on or before the first day of February of their intention to resume work at the beginning of the ensuing year. A teacher returning from a childrearing leave at a time other than the start of the next school year shall notify the Superintendent or his/her designee at least sixty (60) days prior to the anticipated return.
