Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.
Shift Pay Each full-time employee scheduled to work on any shift commencing after 9:00 a.m. shall be paid a shift premium of seventy- five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked by him/her on that shift and overtime hours worked in continuity with such shift. Shift premiums payable under this provision shall not be included as part of the employee’s regular pay for purposes of computing overtime pay.
Xxxx Pay We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for xxxx payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your xxxx payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Xxxx Pay transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of xxxx payments per day.
Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:
Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.
Premiums The premiums for insurance policies required pursuant to this Article must be paid as a common expense by the Owners' Association.
Shift Premiums (a) Evening/Night Premium Employees working an evening or night shift where the major portion of hours worked fall within the hours of 1500 and 0800 hours, shall be paid at their regular hourly rate plus a shift premium of $2.10 ($2.75 effective July 1, 2015) per hour for all hours worked.
Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated.
Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.
Redundancy Pay 22.9 A redundant employee will receive redundancy/severance payments, calculated as follows, in respect of all continuous service (as defined by this Agreement) with the employer. Period of continuous service with the employer Redundancy/severance pay 1 year or more but less than 2 years 2.4 weeks’ pay plus, for all service in excess of 1 year, 1.75 hours pay per completed week of service up to a maximum of 4.8 week’s pay 2 years or more but less than 3 years 4.8 weeks’ pay plus, for all service in excess of 2 years, 1.6 hours pay per completed week of service up to a maximum of 7 week’s pay 3 years or more but less than 4 years 7 weeks’ pay plus, for all service in excess of 3 years, 0.73 hours pay per completed week of service up to a maximum of 8 week’s pay 4 years or more 8 weeks’ pay Provided that an employee employed for less than twelve months will be entitled to a redundancy/severance payment of 1.75 hours per week of service if, and only if, redundancy is occasioned otherwise than by the employee.
