Common use of Retraining Leave Clause in Contracts

Retraining Leave. 33.01 The University of New Brunswick may offer an Employee leave of absence for retraining purposes. The duration of the leave and the percentage of salary paid, if any, shall be determined by the University of New Brunswick. Details of a retraining program and of the Employee's position upon his/her return shall be agreed upon in advance by the Employee and the University of New Brunswick.
