Retention Payment. 37.1 The Employer shall pay a cash retention payment to each Employee in the annual amount of $1,500. An Employee must have successfully completed the probationary year of employment prior to eligibility to receive the payment, and then shall be eligible for the appropriate prorated amount for the remainder of that calendar year.
