Retention of this Guarantee. The Bank shall be entitled to retain this Guarantee after as well as before the payment or discharge of all the Guaranteed Liabilities for such period as the Bank may determine.
Retention of this Guarantee. The Security Agent shall be entitled to retain this Guarantee after as well as before the payment or discharge of all the Guaranteed Liabilities for such period as the Security Agent may determine.
Retention of this Guarantee. The Security Agent shall be entitled to retain this Guarantee after as well as before the payment or discharge of all the Guaranteed Liabilities for such period as the Security Agent may determine (but not longer than 24 months after the date of full payment and discharge of all the Guaranteed Liabilities).

The Finance Parties shall be entitled to retain this Guarantee after as well as before the payment or discharge of all the Guaranteed Liabilities for such period as the Agent may reasonably determine but the Finance Parties shall deliver this Guarantee to each Guarantor in any event upon the Guaranteed Liabilities being paid or discharged in full and the Finance Parties being satisfied that no such avoidance, setting aside or order such as is referred to in clause 10.11 is likely to occur or be made.
Retention of this Guarantee. The Finance Parties shall be entitled to retain this guarantee after as well as before the payment or discharge of all the Guaranteed Liabilities for such period as the Agent may reasonably determine.
Retention of this Guarantee. TfL shall be entitled to retain the original of this Guarantee after as well as before the payment or discharge of all of the Guaranteed Liabilities for such period as TfL may determine.
Retention of this Guarantee. The Security Trustee shall be entitled to retain this Guarantee after as well as before the payment, discharge or satisfaction of all the Guaranteed Liabilities for such period of up to 12 months as the Security Trustee may determine.
Retention of this Guarantee. The Mortgagees shall be entitled to retain this Guarantee after as well as before the payment or discharge of all the Guaranteed Liabilities for such period as the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks) may determine.
Retention of this Guarantee. Any discharge, releases or reassignment by the Owner of any of the security constituted by, or any of the obligation of the Charterer contained in, any of the Transaction Documents shall be (and be deemed always to have been) void if any act (including, without limitation, any payment) as a result of which such discharge, release or reassignment was given or made is subsequently wholly or partially rescinded or avoided by operation by any law. GUARANTEE PERIOD This Guarantee shall remain in full force and effect as a continuing guarantee for the duration of the Guarantee Period.
Retention of this Guarantee. The Authority shall be entitled to retain this Guarantee after as well as before the payment or discharge of all of the Guaranteed Obligations for such period as the Authority may determine.
