Retention of Rights. 36.1 Clauses 5.2(b),6,7,8,9,11,12, 13, 14, 15 16, 22, 23, 35.1, 37 and 38 of this Section 2 and any relevant clauses listed under Section 4 shall continue in force following the termination of this Contract.

The Employer reserves and retains solely and exclusively, all rights to manage and direct its work forces, except as expressly abridged by the provisions of this Agreement, including by way of illustration, but not limitation, the determination of policies, operations, assignments, schedules, layoffs, etc., for the orderly and efficient operation of the court.
Retention of Rights. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit WOW!’s rights and remedies available at law or in equity. WOW! and its suppliers reserve the right both during the term of this Agreement and upon its termination to delete your voicemail, call detail, data, files, or other Customer information that is stored on WOW!’s or its suppliers’ servers or systems, in accordance with our storage policies. You understand and acknowledge that we shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of the loss or removal of any such voicemail, call detail, data, files, or other Customer information.
Retention of Rights. 8.3.1 It is agreed that no act by either party shall be construed as a renunciation or waiver of any rights or recourses, provided the party has given the notices required under this PART 8 and has carried out the instructions as provided in GC 8.1.2.
Retention of Rights. 4.1.1 All management rights, functions, responsibilities, and authority not specifically limited by the express terms of this Agreement are retained by the Employer and remain exclusively within the rights of the Employer.
