Common use of Retention of Records Clause in Contracts

Retention of Records. Until the expiration of five years after the furnishing of any services pursuant to this agreement, Consultant shall retain and make available to the City or any party designated by the City, upon written request by City, this agreement, and such books, documents and records of Consultant (and any books, documents, and records of any subcontractor(s)) that are necessary or convenient for audit purposes to certify the nature and extent of the reasonable cost of services to City.

Retention of Records.
