Retention of PHI. Except upon termination of this Agreement as provided in Section 5, below, Business Associate and its Subcontractors or agents shall retain all PHI throughout the term of this Agreement, and shall continue to maintain the accounting of disclosures required under Section 3.h, above, for a period of six years.

Retention of PHI. Business Associate shall retain all PHI throughout the term of the Master Agreement and shall continue to maintain the information required under Section 2(h) of this BA Agreement for a period of six (6) years from its creation.
