Retention of License(s). In order to retain employment, teachers are required to maintain the license(s) in the area(s) in which they are currently teaching and the license(s) with which they were initially hired unless their assignment has not necessitated the license(s) for five previous years. This would not include areas of a minor, except as mutually agreed between the District and the teacher at the time of employment.

  • Duration of licenses Licenses granted on a subscription basis expire at the end of the applicable subscription period unless renewed. Licenses granted for metered Products billed periodically based on usage continue as long as Customer continues to pay for its usage of the Product.
