Common use of Retention of Funds Clause in Contracts

Retention of Funds. in the Escrow Account if a Closing occurs. If subscriptions for any or all 25,000 Shares have been received and accepted by the Company within ninety (90) days after the date of the Prospectus, the funds shall be held in the Escrow Account during the Post-Offering Period and shall not be disbursed by the Escrow Agent except as expressly provided herein.
