Common use of Retention of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby engages and retains Consultant and Consultant hereby agrees to use Consultant’s best efforts to render to the Company the consulting services for a term of thirty-six (36) months commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement (the “Term”).

Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby engages and retains Consultant and Consultant hereby agrees to use Consultant’s Consultants best efforts to render to the Company the consulting services for a term of thirty-six (36) months period commencing on the Effective Date date of this Agreement (and terminating on December 31, 2010, provided that the “Term”)Company may terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, at any time after December 21, 2009.

The Company hereby engages and retains Consultant and Consultant hereby agrees to use Consultant’s 's best efforts to render to the Company the consulting services for a term period of thirty-six (36) months commencing on the Effective Date date of this Agreement (and terminating on June 21, 2010, provided that the “Term”)Company may terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, at any time after December 21, 2009.

Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby engages and retains Consultant and Consultant hereby agrees to use Consultant’s best efforts to render to the Company the consulting services for a term period of thirty-six (36) months commencing on the Effective Date date of this Agreement and terminating on January 31, 2009, provided that either party may terminate this Agreement before such date upon thirty (30) days written notice to the “Term”)other.

Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby retains and engages and retains the Consultant and the Consultant hereby agrees accepts such engagement, in each case subject to use Consultant’s best efforts to render the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Consultant shall provide services to the Company pursuant to this Agreement for the consulting services for a term of thirty-six (36) months period commencing on July 1, 2013 and ending at the Effective Date close of this Agreement business on July 1, 2014 unless terminated by the Company or the Consultant earlier on thirty days prior written notice to Consultant or the Company respectively (the “"Term”"). The Term hereof may be extended upon the mutual written agreement of the Company and the Consultant.
