Retention Allowance. 8.2.2.1 38 Hour Per Week Employees 38 hour per week employees will receive an allowance, to be known as the Retention Allowance, in December each year. The allowance will be increased each year in line with increases determined in this Agreement as detailed in the Allowances Table of this Agreement.
Retention Allowance. In recognition of the market forces affecting the retention of indeterminate nurses, the parties agree as follows: Effective January 1, 2016 a nurse whose substantive position is in a Yukon Community outside of Whitehorse or a nurse whose substantive position is a Primary Health Care Nurse Float, and who is providing services in a community outside of Whitehorse and who has completed two years of continuous service, shall be eligible to receive a retention allowance in amount of: $4,000 at the completion of two years of continuous service and; $5,000 at the completion of three years of continuous service and;
Retention Allowance. (a) Permanent employees covered by this Agreement on completion of 12 months’ continuous service will be paid a retention allowance of gross $1000. Retention Allowance. The current yearly bonus scheme was originally devised as an alternative to an over award payment agreed to by some other Councils in the Hunter Valley. The principle behind the scheme has been that the employee receives the obvious benefit of a cash bonus or three days leave and in return, Council requires a medical certificate and statutory declaration for sick leave. It is the intention to transition this scheme during the life of this agreement to a different system to be known as the Retention Allowance.
Retention Allowance. 3.7.3.1. A teacher working in Northland School Division, upon (2.00%) $4,358.20 reaching the following X years of uninterrupted service, will receive the allocated incentive by July 30 in that year of service only. Retention Allowance.
