Common use of Retained Assets Clause in Contracts

Retained Assets. Buyer is not purchasing from Seller, and Seller is not selling to Buyer, and, where applicable, Seller shall retain all of its right, title and interest in and to, each of the following assets, properties and rights of Seller (collectively, the “Retained Assets”):
