Results Reporting. Contractor shall prepare an in-depth IGCE report detailing its findings. The IGCE report prepared by the Contractor shall describe the BOE and provide the agency with recommendations based on the findings to assist in decision-making throughout the procurement life cycle. Contractor may be required to update the IGCE report as the acquisition progresses through the different phases of the procurement life cycle. Contractor shall provide services that may include but are not limited to research and analysis of past purchases of similar products or services, current market value of the products or services, or other agency purchases of similar products and services. Results Reporting. The employee and the Union shall be informed of the results of all tests, and provided with all documentation regarding the tests as soon as the test results are available. The City shall designate a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to review all confirmed positive test results and communicate those results to the City. The MRO shall have the responsibility to determine when an individual has failed a drug test in accordance with the standards enumerated herein. If the results of the drug test are positive, and support a conclusion that the employee used an illegal drug, or reported to work while under the influence of alcohol, the employee may be subject to discipline including immediate discharge.
