Resubmissions. If the Reviewing Party disapproves of or fails to confirm a matter to which this Section 7.12(c) applies within the applicable time period, the Submitting Party shall have the right, within sixty (60) days after the Submitting Party receives Notice of such disapproval or failure to confirm, to re-submit the disapproved or not confirmed matter to the Reviewing Party, altered to satisfy the Reviewing Party’s basis for disapproval or failure to confirm (all subsequent re-submissions with respect to such matter must be made within thirty (30) days of the date the Submitting Party receives Notice of disapproval or failure to confirm of the prior re-submission). The applicable Submitting Party shall use reasonable efforts to cause any such re-submission to expressly state that it is a resubmission, to identify the disapproved or not confirmed portion of the original submission and any prior resubmissions, and to not be included with an original submission unless the matter previously disapproved is expressly identified thereon. Any resubmission made pursuant to this Section 7.12(c) shall be subject to Review and Approval Rights of the Reviewing Party in accordance with the procedures described in Section 7.12(b) for an original submission (except that the Review and Approval Rights shall be limited to the portion previously disapproved or not confirmed), until such matter shall be Approved by the Reviewing Party.
Resubmissions. Applications that were previously submitted and not funded will be asked to briefly describe additional data or other changes from the previous proposal. Proposal sections (except the Abstract) will be uploaded as individual PDF files. The application sections are:
Resubmissions. For Resubmissions, the committee will evaluate the application as now presented, taking into consideration the responses to comments from the previous scientific review group and changes made to the project.
Resubmissions. Upon receipt of a notice of disapproval under ¶ 5.5(a) (Initial Submissions), or if required by a notice of approval upon specified conditions under ¶ 5.5(a) Respondents shall, within 45 days or such longer time as specified by EPA in such notice, correct the deficiencies and resubmit the deliverable for approval. After review of the resubmitted deliverable, EPA may: (1) approve, in whole or in part, the resubmission; (2) approve the resubmission upon specified conditions; (3) modify the resubmission; (4) disapprove, in whole or in part, the resubmission, requiring Respondents to correct the deficiencies; or (5) any combination of the foregoing.
Resubmissions. Amgen will accept resubmissions for rejected chargebacks within sixty (60) calendar days after NMC Distribution Center has been notified of the rejection. Claims must be submitted on Amgen's discrepancy report with any corrections or additional information necessary to validate such claim.
Resubmissions. If the annuity has been previously submitted to the Department and the file was closed or withdrawn, any resubmission of the annuity to the Department must be complete by itself, reference the file number of the previously closed file and address all outstanding issues in the new submission letter.
Resubmissions. If the contract has been previously submitted to the Department and the file was closed or withdrawn, any resubmission of the contract to the Department must be complete by itself, reference the file number of the previously closed file and address all outstanding issues in the new submission letter.
Resubmissions. Upon receipt of a notice of disapproval or a notice of approval on condition under Paragraph 72 (“Initial Submissions”), NASA shall, within forty-five (45) days, submit to EPA for approval a revised Deliverable, which responds to any comments received and/or corrects any deficiencies identified by EPA. After review of the resubmitted Deliverable, EPA may: (a) approve, in whole or in part, the Deliverable; (b) approve the Deliverable upon specified conditions; (c) modify the Deliverable; (d) disapprove, in whole or in part, the Deliverable, requiring NASA to correct the deficiencies; or (e) any combination of the foregoing.
Resubmissions. If warranted on the basis of its tests, Microsoft shall make reasonable efforts to provide Licensee with feedback regarding the Software Title and modifications that must be made prior to approval of the Certification submission. Provided that Licensee has made good faith efforts to address issues raised by Microsoft, Licensee shall be given the opportunity to resubmit Software Titles that fail the Certification approval process. In Microsoft's discretion, Licensee may be charged a reasonable fee designed to offset the costs associated with the testing of Software Titles after the first resubmission (i.e., for the third submission and any thereafter). In the event of a second submission, Microsoft reserves the right to assign a new release date for the Software Title.
Resubmissions. A. Prepare new and additional submissions, make required corrections, and resubmit corrected copies until found in compliance with the Contract Documents.
