During the term of this Agreement and for a period of time set forth on Exhibit A after the termination of this Agreement, for whatever reason, whether such termination was by the Company or the Executive, voluntarily or involuntarily, and whether with or without cause, Executive agrees that he/she shall not, as a principal, employer, stockholder, partner, agent, consultant, independent contractor, employee, or in any other individual or representative capacity:
