Common use of Restrictions; Forfeiture Clause in Contracts

Restrictions; Forfeiture. The Restricted Stock Units are restricted in that they may not be sold, transferred or otherwise alienated or hypothecated until these restrictions are removed or expire as contemplated in Section 6 or 7 of this Agreement and Stock is issued to you as described in Section 5 of this Agreement. The Restricted Stock Units are also subject to forfeiture to the Company (the “Forfeiture Restrictions”) pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement.
