Common use of Restriction on Use Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Use. The Confidant will use the Confidential Information provided by the Service Provider only for the purposes of its dealings with the Service Provider and, if necessary, for the purposes of the Confidant performing any part of the Services Agreement.
