Common use of Restricted Use of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Restricted Use of Confidential Information. The Client agrees that the Confidential Information (i) will be kept confidential by the Client and any representative of the Client, and (ii) without limiting the foregoing, will not be disclosed by the Client, or the Client’s representatives, to any person whomsoever except with the specific prior written consent of RapLab, or except as expressly otherwise permitted by the terms of this Agreement. The Client further agrees that it will not use any of the Confidential Information for any reason or purpose other than as set forth herein and that the Confidential Information will not be used by the Client, or its representatives, in any way detrimental to RapLab or its affiliates (it being acknowledged that any use other than as set forth herein shall be deemed detrimental to RapLab).
