Restricted and Unrestricted Subsidiaries. Unless defined or designated as an Unrestricted Subsidiary, any Person that becomes a Subsidiary of the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries shall be classified as a Restricted Subsidiary subject to the provisions of the next paragraph.
