Common use of Restricted and Unrestricted Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Restricted and Unrestricted Subsidiaries. The Borrower may, at any time, by notice to the Administrative Agent, designate any Subsidiary as a Restricted Subsidiary or any Restricted Subsidiary as an Unrestricted Subsidiary; provided, that immediately before and after such designation no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing or result therefrom.
