Restorability. The Processor takes the following measures procuring that the systems used can be restored in the event of a breakdown: • Regular restore points are stored so that Personal Data can be restored. • If a drive has a hardware fault, it is safely erased or destroyed before it is returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Restorability. To ensure that systems in use can be restored in the event of a fault, Processor takes the following measures: - Processor carries out regular data backups, from which data can be or systems can be restored. Contingency plans for the response to such incidents are established. The servers: - are operated virtually and - are monitored 24/7 by monitoring tools. - Data is backed up daily, a retention period of 30 days is applied, the backup copies are stored in separate locked premises and safely stored against theft, destruction or data loss.
Restorability. Data backups of data files and operating system images are performed to the extent required for order processing and with the aim of preventing the loss of personal data in the event of a technical defect or human error. Data backups are performed for network drives, servers in productive operation, as well as development and test servers, and the performance is recorded (logged) and monitored. Processes or procedures for handling disruptions to IT systems and for restoring systems after a disruption have been established to the extent required.   • Non-Grievability No dispute over a claim for any benefits extended by this Health and Welfare Fund shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
