RESTAURANT SYSTEM AND PROCEDURES. 5.1 Franchisor shall furnish Franchisee with advice and assistance in managing and operating the Restaurant, and Franchisor's representatives will visit the Restaurant periodically. Franchisor will assist Franchisee in coordinating the Restaurant's pre-opening activities, and as noted more particularly in Subsection 4.2 hereof, shall provide Franchisee with the services of certain of Franchisor's personnel to facilitate proper operation of the Restaurant when it opens for business.
