Common use of Restatement of Commitments Clause in Contracts

Restatement of Commitments. This Agreement amends and restates the Existing Credit Agreement. The commitments of the Lenders under this Agreement replace the commitments of the lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement. From and after the Closing Date, the commitments of the lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement no longer constitute a separate obligation of such lenders, and the Borrower hereby terminates commitments of lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement which are not parties to this Agreement.
