Common use of Rest Periods Clause in Contracts

Rest Periods. An employee shall be allowed a fifteen (15) minute paid rest period at the work site in each of the first half and the second half of a full-time shift. An employee working less than a full-time shift shall have one (1) paid rest period during each continuous three-and-one-half (3½) or four (4) hours of regular working time.
