Rest Pauses. 4.8.1 All employees shall be entitled to a rest pause of 10 minutes duration in the employer's time in the first and second half of the daily work. Such rest pauses shall be taken at such times as will not interfere with the continuity of work where continuity is necessary and may be taken in a manner which results in both rest pauses being combined into one rest period of twenty (20) minutes per day.
