Rest Pause. Employees who work a minimum of four consecutive ordinary hours on any one-day shall receive a rest pause of fifteen minutes duration.

Rest Pause. 27.1 Where practicable, all employees shall be entitled to two 10 minute paid rest pauses to be taken in such a way that the ordinary working day is broken up into 4 approximately equal working periods (including the unpaid meal break).

Such rest pauses are to be counted as time worked and shall be taken at times fixed by the employer, provided that neither rest pauses shall be allowed within one hour of normal commencement or cessation of work. The employee may be required to defer the rest pause for a short period of time when operational requirements such as the completion of loading or unloading trucks occurs.
Rest Pause. Employees working a shift of five (5) hours or more duration are entitled to one (1) paid rest pause of twenty (20) minutes to be taken at a time that is mutually agreed between the Employee and the Employer that will not unnecessarily disrupt the Employer’s operation.

Rest Pause. Will occur in-accordance with clause 15 of the, Storeman and Packers, General (State) Award provided flexibility will occur at the employer’s discretion to ensure continuity of work in the operation. Such times will be between the hours of 09:00 to 09:30 daily.
