Rest Breaks. Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute break during each four (4) hours worked. It is the Employer's intention to provide uninterrupted rest breaks.
Rest Breaks. A regular employee shall be entitled to one fifteen (15) minute paid rest break within each half of the full shift.
Rest Breaks. Each employee shall be entitled to a rest break of fifteen (l5) minutes at or near the midpoint of each consecutive shift worked as scheduled by the University. Such rest breaks may not be accumulated from one shift period to another. Employees are on call during rest breaks and must be readily available to answer calls.

Rest Breaks. Employees working Monday to Friday will be entitled to: • 1 paid rest period of 20 minutes each morning, and a further 30 minute unpaid meal break. Employees working Saturday or Sunday will be entitled to: • 1 paid rest period of 20 minutes each morning, and where an employee works in excess of 5 hours, a further 30 minute paid meal break, at the appropriate rate.
Rest Breaks. 51.1 Employees will be entitled to a 10 minute rest break in each four hours worked, or part thereof being greater than one hour.
Rest Breaks. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays Employees are allowed a morning Rest Break that shall be taken at the time designated. The total interruption of work on account of the tea break shall not exceed ten minutes in all, including walking time from the Employee’s place of work to the point where the break is taken and return.
Rest Breaks. (a) Employees shall be entitled to paid breaks in accordance with clauses 2.8.2(b) and 2.8.2(c) below.

The employee’s first break shall be given no sooner than one and one half (1 ½) hours after the start of the shift. For Collections staff, the employee’s first break shall be given no sooner than one and one half (1 ½) hours after the start of the drive. For blood drives scheduled with 4 4.5 hours of donor processing time or less, the employee’s first break shall be given no sooner than the completion of drive setup. A second fifteen (15) minute rest break shall be given during the second four (4) hours of the employee’s shift.
