Rest and Meal Breaks. The Employer shall provide each employee with a fifteen (15) minute rest break during the first half shift, and a second fifteen (15) minute rest break during the second half shift, and a one-half (1/2) hour meal break as the workload allows. Subject to prior approval of the supervisor, rest and meal periods may be combined, so long as remains consistent with this paragraph.
