Rest and Meal Breaks. 18.0.1 Normally, an unpaid meal period of one (1) hour shall be granted at approximately mid‐point in the employee's regular work day, the unpaid meal period may be reduced on a continuing basis to one‐half (0.5) hour with mutual written agreement between the employee and their OOS Manager.
