(“CoreStates”) is pleased to submit this Scope of Services to City of Overland Park, KS (“the Client”) for providing Professional Services to OP Fueling Facility – W. 153rd Street Project . Our project understanding and scope of services are described below. The Scope of Services described herein are based upon our understanding of the project and assumptions as follows:
Responsible Authority. The Hearth Connection Executive Director is the Responsible Authority responsible for implementing this policy and assuring that Hearth Connection complies with state and federal privacy laws. Any questions regarding this policy, or release of information, must be referred to the Executive Director of Hearth Connection. Each Primary Provider is required to train its staff and maintain its own privacy policies and procedures. Each Primary Provider is required to maintain adequate safeguards to make sure that the privacy of individuals is protected. Hearth Connection’s Co-Pilot Privacy Policies and Procedures do not relieve a Primary Provider from meeting all legal requirements applicable to the Primary Provider.
Responsible Authority. The Responsible Council shall: carry out the functions passed to it under this agreement at its own expense; indemnify the Geographical Authority against all and any claims expenses losses arising from the exercise of the functions passed to it under this agreement unless such claim arises exclusively as a consequence of any negligent act default or omission of the Geographical Authority ; keep full and proper records of functions exercised under this agreement; pass said records to the Geographical Authority if requested by said Geographical Authority;

Such authority includes, but is not limited to, source evaluation, protests, disputes, claims, or other matters of a contractual nature. Matters concerning violations of the law will be referred to the local, State, or Federal authority that has proper jurisdiction.

Matters concerning violations of the law will be referred to the local, State, or Federal authority that has proper jurisdiction. Menu Planning and Approval: The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for all menu planning. The SPONSOR shall review and approve all menus prior to preparation and service of food. The CONTRACTOR shall provide menus to the SPONSOR on a basis   days in advance of meal service. If cycle menus are used, they will be furnished monthly or as part of the cycle runs.

As a staff member of a Primary Provider, you are allowed access to Co-Pilot pursuant to the following restrictions:

  • Responsible Party The Customer entity that is the Party to the USSA (not a Participating Entity) remains responsible in all respects for any failure to meet any Volume Commitment.

  • Responsible Contractor A responsible Contractor is a Contractor who has demonstrated the attribute of trustworthiness, as well as quality, fitness, capacity and experience to satisfactorily perform the contract. It is the County’s policy to conduct business only with responsible Contractors.

  • Requisite Authority The Company has all necessary power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the transactions contemplated hereby, except to the extent that the enforceability of the indemnity and/or contribution provisions contained in Section 7 of this Agreement may be limited under applicable securities laws and to the extent that the enforceability of this Agreement may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws that affect creditors’ rights generally or by equitable principles relating to the availability of remedies.
