Responsibility of Client. You agree to provide, on a timely basis, information regarding income and expenses, investments, income tax situations, estate plans, and other pertinent matters as requested by your Advisor from time to time. You also agree to discuss needs, goals and projected future needs with your Adviser and to keep your Advisor informed of changes in your financial situation. You acknowledge that your Advisor cannot adequately perform their services on your behalf unless you perform such responsibilities and that your Advisor’s analysis and recommendations are based on the information provided by you. You agree to permit your Advisor to consult with and obtain information about you from your accountant, attorney, and any other applicable advisor. The Advisor shall not be required to verify any information obtained from you, your attorney, accountant or any other advisors and is expressly authorized to rely on the information received. You are free at all times to accept or reject any recommendation from your Advisor and you acknowledge you have the sole authority with regard to the implementation, acceptance, or rejection of any counseling or advice from your Advisor. You also acknowledge that your Advisor obtains information from a wide variety of publicly available sources and that the Advisor has no sources, and does not claim to have sources, of inside or private information.

Email ID / Mobile number would be used for remote authentication of voter and if email ID / mobile number is not correct, the voter would be denied his right to vote. Incorrect email ID / Mobile number can also lead to wrong person voting in place of the voter. CLIENT acknowledges that this is the most important and controversial component of any election. The complete responsibility of the accuracy and completeness of the voter list is that of CLIENT and Right2Vote is not responsible for any mistakes, errors, or incompleteness of the same. CLIENT acknowledges that voter list once provided (minimum 3 days before start of the poll) would be frozen and no further changes would be allowed in the same. In case any changes are made in voter list thereafter, Right2Vote would be absolved of all the liabilities under the contract. Also, each change in voter list would be charged extra with minimum charge being Rs. 10,000 per change. Responsibility of Client. It is the responsibility of Client to inform Broker as to the type and amount of insurance coverage to be considered for quotation and to provide any documentation required by Broker to support the quotation. While Broker will provide guidance to Client regarding specific issues that concern public entity insurance, Broker assumes no responsibility toward Client, any insured, subsidiary, or any other party, with regard to the adequacy, amount, or form of coverage obtained through commercial insurance carriers. Client understands that Broker must rely upon the accuracy of information provided to it by the Client directly and/or through Broker. It is the responsibility of Client to disclose to Broker the existence of any conditions that the Client knows or reasonably should be aware of that may affect the insurability of the Client.

Client is also responsible for ensuring that its users comply with these Terms and Conditions with respect to use of the Software and Services. Client shall provide connectivity and security to the Internet forits location(s) for purposes of providing adequate access to Software hosted at the Hosting Site. ICC Community Development Solutions shall not be responsible for the reliability or continued availability of the communications lines, or the corresponding security configurations, used by Client in accessing the Internet to access the Software. Client shall provide adequate industry “best practice” standards to ensure reasonable security for integration betweenapplications at the Client site and Software. Client shall provide accurate input information in the manner reasonably prescribed by ICC Community Development Solutions in connection with the Software and Services provided under these Terms and Conditions. Client shall advise ICC Community Development Solutions of any changes to Client’s operations, Primary Contact, or other information that would require a change in the support, operation, or configuration of the hosted Software. Client shall be responsible for establishing any merchant accounts necessary for credit card transactions, if applicable. Client shall be responsible for ensuring that any Client Content is accurate, not corrupt in any way, and does not contain any viruses. The Software or Services may contain links to other Internet sites owned by third parties. Client's use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites have posted. ICC Community Development Solutions has no control over those sites, and ICC Community Development Solutions and its suppliers are not responsible for any use of such sites or content on them.

Responsibility of Client. In the event that Client asserts any claim for warranty services hereunder and such claim relates to any matter that is determined not to be Cognizant’s responsibility hereunder (including any problem with Client’s third party vendors, Client’s computer hardware or software that was not caused by any Services performed by Cognizant), Client will be responsible to pay Cognizant for all costs incurred for all evaluation, correction or other services performed by Cognizant relating to such claim on a time and materials basis at Cognizant’s then standard billing rates.
