Responsibility for Users. You are responsible for the activities of all Users who access or use the Services through your account, and you agree to ensure that any such Users will comply with the terms of this Agreement. If You become aware of any violation of this Agreement in connection with use of the Services by any person, please contact us.
Responsibility for Users. Customer is liable for a breach of this Agreement by any user of the Products or Services.
Responsibility for Users. The Customer will ensure each User complies with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including these terms and conditions and other applicable Service Materials. The Customer is responsible for all actions and omissions of Users, and all actions and omissions of Users are binding on the Customer.
Responsibility for Users. Customer is liable for a breach of this Agreement by any user of the Products or Services. If a Customer affiliate accesses or uses Products or Services, Siemens may enforce its rights directly against that affiliate.

Customer shall be responsible for (i) ensuring that Authorized Users use the Industrial Edge Offering only in support of Customer’s and/or Customer’s Affiliate’s internal business, (ii) any unauthorized use of the Industrial Edge Offering by an Authorized User, and (iii) any breach of this Agreement by an Authorized User.
Responsibility for Users. Participant shall be responsible and liable to NM MLS for the acts and omissions of its Users, and shall be responsible for each User’s compliance with this Agreement and the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. Any failure to comply with this Agreement, the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations by a User shall be deemed a failure to comply by Participant, and Participant shall be responsible and liable to NM MLS for any damages incurred by NM MLS arising from or as a result of a User’s noncompliance with this Agreement, the Bylaws and/or the Rules and Regulations.
Responsibility for Users. (a) You must ensure that all Users comply with the acceptable use provisions set out in clause 6 as if they were you.

Customer is responsible for all loss or damage arising from Customer’s and its Users’ acts, omissions or failure to keep the Account (including User Accounts) secure, for all activity that happens under its Account (including User Accounts), including the actions of its Users or other third parties (whether or not such activity was with Customer’s knowledge or consent), and for ensuring that its Users comply with this Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by any of its Users.

The Customer will ensure that each User complies with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including these terms and conditions and other applicable RBC Edge Service Materials. The Customer is responsible for all use, including any unauthorized use, of RBC Edge by each User, including all actions or omissions of the User. All such use by Users is binding on the Customer.
Responsibility for Users. Customer shall be responsible for (i) ensuring that Authorized Users use the Industrial Edge Software only in support of Customer’s internal business, (ii) any unauthorized use of the Industrial Edge Software undertaken using credentials associated with Customer’s account, and (iii) any breach of this Agreement by an Authorized User.
