No fiduciary with respect to the Plan is empowered to advise a Participant as to the manner in which his or her Accounts are to be invested, and the fact that an Investment Fund is offered shall not be construed to be a recommendation for investment.

During any Conversion Period, Trust assets may be held in any investment vehicle permitted by the Plan, as directed by the Administrator, irrespective of prior Participant investment elections.
