Responsibility for Information Technology Investments. The Parties understand and agree that the cost of any newly acquired or developed software programs or upgrades or enhancements to existing software programs, hardware, or other related information technology equipment or infrastructure component, made in order to comply with the requirements of this Contract shall be borne in its entirety by the Contractor.
