RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES. To the extent that the Contract involves the provision of the Services to UNDP by the Contractor’s officials, employees, agents, servants, subcontractors and other representatives (collectively, the Contractor’s “personnel”), the following provisions shall apply: 8.1 The Contractor is responsible for and shall assume all risk and liabilities relating to its personnel and property.
