Common use of Responsibility for Charges Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 MHT shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by MHT, MHT Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to MHT pursuant to this Resale Attachment.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 MHT Ygnition shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by MHTYgnition, MHT Ygnition Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to MHT Ygnition pursuant to this Resale Attachment.

Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to MHT Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. pursuant to this Resale Attachment.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 MHT TWCIS shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by MHTTWCIS, MHT TWCIS Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to MHT TWCIS pursuant to this Resale Attachment.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 MHT GCTC shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by MHTGCTC, MHT GCTC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to MHT GCTC pursuant to this Resale Attachment.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 MHT Xxxxxx shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by MHTXxxxxx, MHT Xxxxxx Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to MHT Xxxxxx pursuant to this Resale Attachment.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 MHT LNS shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by MHTLNS, MHT LNS Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to MHT LNS pursuant to this Resale Attachment.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 MHT Threshold shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by MHTThreshold, MHT Threshold Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to MHT Threshold pursuant to this Resale Attachment.
