  • Responsibility for Related Parties 31.4.1 The Provider will be responsible as against the Department for the acts or omissions of the Provider Related Parties as if they were the acts or omissions of the Provider and the Department will be responsible as against the Provider for the acts or omissions of Department Related Parties as if they were the acts or omissions of the Department.

  • Responsibility for Property Lessor is not responsible for any damage to or loss of Renter’s or anyone else’s property.

  • Responsibility for Subcontractors All requirements for the “Prime” contractor shall also apply to any and all subcontractors.   • Contractor's responsibility for subcontractors The Contractor shall be as fully responsible to the City for the acts and omissions of its subcontractors, and of persons either directly or indirectly employed by them, as Contractor is for the acts and omissions of persons it directly employs. Contractor shall cause appropriate provisions to be inserted in all subcontracts relating to this work, to bind all subcontractors to Contractor by all the terms herein set forth, and insofar as applicable to the work of subcontractors and to give Contractor the same power regarding termination of any subcontract as the City may exercise over Contractor under any provisions of this contract. Nothing contained in this contract shall create any contractual relation between the subcontractor and the City or between any subcontractors.

  • Responsibilities of Covered Entity With regard to the use and/or disclosure of PHI by the Business Associate, Covered Entity hereby agrees:

  • Responsibilities of Customer 5.1 To the extent that the Supplier requires access to the Customer Site to perform the Services, the Customer shall provide such access during Normal Business Hours and to provide a suitable work environment to enable the Supplier to perform such Services subject to the Supplier complying with such internal policies and procedures of the Customer (including those relating to security and health and safety) as may be notified to the Supplier in writing from time to time.
