Employee’s Responsibility WORK START TIME Employees shall be in their respective assigned working locations, ready to commence work at their designated starting times, and they shall not leave their working locations at times or in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Pay and Benefits A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.
Compensation and Benefits As compensation for all services performed by the Executive under and during the term hereof and subject to performance of the Executive’s duties and of the obligations of the Executive to the Company and its Affiliates, pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise:

Employees’ Responsibilities State employees have responsibility for initiating discussion to identify and assess their own specific training needs, including but not limited to: • working in partnership with supervisors and managers to meet the agency, work unit, and their own training and development needs, and • actively searching for training opportunities within State service and elsewhere.
Insurance and Benefits Company shall allow Executive to participate in each employee benefit plan and to receive each executive benefit that Company provides for senior executives at the level of Executive's position.
Employer Responsibilities Recognizing the inherent risk(s) in a correctional setting, the Employer is obligated to provide a safe workplace and to educate employees on proper safety procedures and use of protective and safety equipment. The Employer is committed to responding to legitimate safety concerns raised by the Union and employees. The Employer will comply with federal and state safety standards, including requirements relating to first aid training, first aid equipment and the use of protective devices and equipment.
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS 3.1 Manitoba shall pay to Employee as remuneration for her services, within the Executive Assistant to the Minister (EXM) classification, a basic annual salary of $58,271 payable in equal bi-weekly installments of $2,233.73, at the accepted regular Manitoba Civil Service pay periods, pro-rated where necessary for any shorter period.
PENSION AND BENEFITS 26:01 Employees are eligible to participate in the Pension Plan; Long Term Disability Plan; Group Life and Survivor Income Plan; Dental Care Plan; Extended Health Care Plan; Semi-Private Hospital Accommodation Plan; Joint Membership Plan; and Vision Care Plan, as summarized in Schedules “B” to “I” attached hereto.
Burden and Benefit This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns.
